How to protect yourself from diabetes

A diabetic patient is one who has excess level of blood sugar,which can destroy important body organs as well as impairment of blood circulation. As a result of diabetes,an affected patient is at the risk of having kidney related diseases,blindness, heart attack, stroke and worst of all,death.

A once healthy human can eventually become diabetic if he or she is overweight,because fat can disrupt the proper regulation of blood sugar if found in the pancreas or in the liver.Anyone with belly fat can also be at the risk of diabetes.Well this wasn't meant to scare you,but to provide solution to reduce the risk of diabetes.

If you are overweight,the very first and important step is to cut down fatness.This you can do by exercising regularly,if possible daily.As you do so,it will help you maintain a healthy weight,and keeps you out of risk too.

Do you love eating junks?Well,i think it's time to cut it down.Reduce the intake of too sugary food.However, you do not need to fast because you want to reduce weight,rather you want to improve your diet.This you can do by eating food that can help you improve your health,such as fruits and vegetables.Other food such as bread,rice,meat and the likes should be eating in moderation.

Well you do not need to wait until you are
diabetic before you seek medical attention, you do well to regularly check your sugar level too,and also seek medical advice.
