The key to a better health and proper development starts with the very first but simple test,breastfeeding. This very important because breastfeeding helps your child develops properly both mentally and physically. Breastfeeding protects your child from various diseases and infection, such as ear infection.

Another but yet important step is adequate nutrition intake.A child needs other essential body nutrients such as vitamin A.There are various medications containing vitamin A and other rich source of vitamin that can be given to a child as he or she grows up.Fruits,such as carrots,pawpaw,mangoes and other green vegetables shouldn't be underestimated,as well as eggs.These things are less expensive and affordable.

We come down to another basic step,which is proper hygiene. It is very important to keep your home and environment clean.Water should be properly boiled and kept clean, especially waters that will be given to the child.When you prepare their meals,as a mother,do well to wash your hands properly before touching food items or utensils.

Some children have been a victim to malnutrition, either because they were not given adequate quantity of meal per day or because the meals lack essential nutrients. Whatever the case may be,a very much useful advice is the feed your child properly and eat the right time.
